We do not accept previously published poems. The maximum number of lines for a single poem is forty. Submissions must be in triplicate (please divide poems into three piles for three separate judges - only one cover letter needed), typed, with no name or address appearing on the same page as the poem. A cover letter must be included showing age category, name, address, telephone number and/or email address, as well as the title of the poem/poems for clarification and the dollar amount included. Please do not use staples. Poems can be of any theme or form as long as they do not exceed the forty line max.
