1. A CD with 15-25 images. All images should be JPEGs, sized 7 inches at their longest dimension, and saved at 300 ppi. Nothing else should be on the CD except for the JPEGs. Please label both the CD itself and the CD case with the following: Your Name Name of Your Long Term Project The New Documentarian Award 2007 Number of Images of Your CD Your work will be viewed as a slide show and projected via digital projector. Be sure to number the images files in the order you want them to be viewed. 2. Four copies of an Inventory page that lists names and/or captions for each of the images on your CD. Type your name at the top right-hand corner of each page. Also number/title the captions in the same order as the images on your CD, so that the judges can easily read captions while viewing your work. Type your name at the top right-hand corner of each page. 3. Four copies of a Statement of Purpose that includes a description of your project, your reasons for doing this project, what you hope to accomplish with this project, and the progress of the project (is the project done, are you still working on it?). 4.
