1. A completed and signed entry form. 2. A self-addressed stamped postcard if you wish to receive notice of receipt. 3. 25-30 gallery quality prints (unmated, unframed, no smaller than 8x10 prints, no larger than 20x24 prints). Following the judging, the winning prints will be taken directly to Universal Art Gallery in Venice for matting and framing. There will be no time for additional printing. The judges are selecting the winner from the portfolios they see during the judging. 4. 4 Copies of a typed explanation of the work, including a “Statement of Purpose” (not to exceed one page). 5. 4 Copies of a typed Inventory Page that lists titles and/or captions for all submitted prints and pricing information if the prints are for sale. 6. A resume or bio. 7. $100 entry fee. Do not send cash. Please use check or money order. Make payable to: The Julia Dean Photo Workshops. 8. A pre-paid Fed-Ex or UPS air-bill for the return of your work. If you do not include a pre-paid return mailer, we will not be able to ship your portfolio to you. Entries may also be picked up in person after the judging has completed.
