1. A completed and signed entry form taped to the back of your photograph. YOU WILL NEED AN ENTRY FORM FOR EACH PHOTOGRAPH THAT YOU SUBMIT. No limit to the amount of entries. 2. A self-addressed stamped postcard if you wish to receive notice of receipt. 3. Unframed/unmounted exhibit quality prints. In other words, no "work" prints. Size limit: 16x20 or smaller. Please DO NOT sign the front of your photograph(s), as we like the entries to be anonymous. 4. $10 entry fee per entry. Do not send cash. Please use check or money order.
