Open to all living artists 18 years and older who create original works of art utilizing oil or acrylic media. USA shipping address is required for any international entries.Entry is FREE for National Oil and Acrylic Painters\' Society Members. To enter the competition, complete the Entry Form. Each artist may submit a maximum of 3 (three) paintings. Paintings will be juried from slides or digital images on CDs only. No E-Mail entries will be accepted. Non-member fee is $30 per entry. Entry fee is non-refundable. Check, credit card information or money order must accompany entry form. |
