Young composers in UK are invited to enter the Sibelius Student Composerof the Year competition. 3 categories: classical/contemporary, film and jazz; and 2 age categories of 10-16 and 17-18. For classical/contemp students must compose a 1 - 4 min piece for up to 8 players using any computer software. Winners will hear their music performed live, and receive a cash prize and Sibelius software. Register now - music teachers can register interested pupils, or individuals can register themselves.
