The competition is open to all artists working in any two dimensional media (including, but not limited to, one-of-a-kind traditional prints, drawings, painting, fiber, photography, and collage); 18 years of age or older; who are legal residents of the United States, except employees and consultants Second Stage Studio, The Digital Artist, members of their immediate families, or members of their households.
