Submit articles that focus on the social situation and the living conditions of the people in Central and Eastern Europe. The participation is for all full-time and part-time journalists who were born or live in a country which is part of Central, East or Southeast Europe. Journalists who come from Germany, Austria or Switzerland are not eligible to enter. The winner will be awarded € 2.000. Two advancement awards of € 1.000 each will be assigned.
