This is the 60th anniversary for UDHR (Universal Declaration of Human Rights). In partnership with ART for the World and NABA Nuova Accedmia di Belle Art - Milano, and with the patronage of the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR), this event demands a worldwide contest open to students enrolled in fine arts colleges.
