LONDON, Aug 31 (APP): The Justice Foundation Kashmir Centre is holding its first political essay competition open to graduates and post graduates students on both sides of the divide in Jammu and Kashmir and as well as students in the United Kingdom. The essay with world length of 3000 is titled ?How could Kashmir, the oldest unresolved dispute, be settled. He said November 15 has been fixed as the closing date.
