All artwork is based on the theme "Making the World Better." Create an original art/design concept on 11" x 17" sheet of white paper, using markers, colored pencils, crayons, paints, or other single dimensional medium/products (do not apply any additional medium to the artwork such as glitter or stickers). Absolutely no computer-aided, mechanically produced art or copies of original will be accepted. All entries must be in vertical format (up and down) and contain no verse or text.
