Expressions of interest are invited to produce an Improvement Strategy and provide a full detailed design service for Durham Market Place and its surrounds. This work has been triggered by the Durham City Vision Masterplan which was published in March 2007. This identified the opportunity to undertake both physical and non-physical works to improve the public realm.
