3D Maya/Max Competition 2012

The 3D Maya/Max Competition is a category of the new IT Challenge.
The Maya 3D Competition has two entry options:
Option 1 - 3D Animation of a maximum length of 3 minutes
Option 2 - 3D Still image
Entries can be created using Maya PLE (PLE stands for personal learning edition- that can be downloaded from the Autodesk website www.autodesk.com),
Maya or 3D Studio Max (entries created in other Autodesk software are also accepted e.g. Mudbox)
Competition specifications
Who?
All Secondary Schools in Australia are eligible to enter. . The competition is directed at students studying in Year 9, 10, 11 and 12, however there is no restraint on age, as long as the students are enrolled at a Secondary College (High School). If you attend TAFE please contact us before submission.
Entries can be team based or individual: Maximum team size of 4 students.
