DE LINK, stage for uncommon chamber music in Tilburg (NL), hands out the LINKPRIJS on an annual basis. The LINKPRIJS is a prize for interpreters of contemporary music, Master students or recently graduated musicians of all nationalities from conservatorys in the Netherlands and Belgium. The prize consists of a sum of 1000,- and a concert in the series of DE LINK.

- The LINKPRIJS is a prize for interpreters of contemporary chamber music.

- Master students or recently graduated musicians of conservatories in The Netherlands and Belgium of all nationalitys and age can subscribe

- Soloists and ensembles can subscribe

- Musicians can participate until 2 years after their Master graduation.

- The repertoire for the finale concert is written no longer than 50 years ago.

- The repertoire for the finale concert contains 1 composition written in the 21st century.

- The repertoire for the finale concert contains 1 composition written by a composer living in The Netherlands or Belgium.

- The LINKPRIJS is a sympathetic encouragement prize for musicians who are active in the contemporary chamber music scene. The way in which a musician or ensemble is able to distinguish from others is considered more important than the interpretation of common music competition repertoire.

- DE LINK is of opinion that performing with (piano) accompaniment does not suit the contemporary chamber music practice. It is not possible to subscribe as soloist + accompaniment, in which the attendant is left out of consideration.
